What if I received the wrong product?

What is the return policy?
You may return a product(s) within thirty days after receipt. Return insured by UPS, postal service, or freight prepaid to GIA. Returned products must be complete in original package and in new condition. GIA reserves the right, in GIA’s sole discretion, to accept or deny a return and/or apply a restocking charge. Your payment will be refunded or credited to your credit card account within seven to ten business days. Refunds for subscriptions are pro-rated based on the number of issues remaining. No returns or refunds will be given for orders shipped after 31+ days. Please note that shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. For refused shipments, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees or surcharges that may apply.

Exchanges must be sent back in their original shipping containers or packaging with freight collect to GIA. Upon receiving your returned item, please allow five business days to complete the transaction and have your replacement order shipped.
