Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS Service for U.S., Canada and all other international destinations. Both carrier services are trackable, and you will receive a carrier tracking number on your Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships.
The shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time you enter your Delivery Information during the check out process, and will be viewable on your order receipt. Payment authorization must be completed prior to order processing.
Orders for items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders for in stock items placed after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. There are no Saturday or Sunday or holiday (Chinese and US) deliveries.
Canada and all other international shipments are made DDU (duty/taxes to be paid by the recipient).

Returns and Exchanges Policy
In Stock Items:
All GIA Retailer Support Materials may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the order shipment date. Please contact GIA Customer Service Support Monday through Friday, from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, at GIAOrderSupport@Fulex.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your item. No Returns or Refunds will be given for orders shipped after 31+ days.
Returns must be sent back in their original shipping containers or packaging with freight prepaid by the consumer. Upon receiving your returned item, please allow us (5) business days to complete the transaction and have your credit card charges reversed. Please note that shipping and freight are non-refundable.
